Step 1: Reach Out to Us
The first step in commissioning a custom artwork is to contact us.

TO allow us to gain a deeper understanding of your desired artwork, PLEASE INCLUDE details about ANY design elements, concepts, themes, or colour schemes you have in mind. The more information you provide, the better.
SIZE: REMEMBER TO SPECIFY THE DIMENSIONS YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR YOUR ARTWORK. Whether it's a large FEATURE canvas for a focal point or a smaller piece for AN intimate space, WE CAN CREATE ARTWORKS FROM 30cm x 40cm to 120cm x 180cm and Beyond
Step 2: Consultation and Quote
Once we receive your email, WE’LL carefully review your specifications. We may reach out to you for additional INFO or to discuss any further ideas we might have to enhance THE vision.
Based on your requirements, we‘ll provide you with a quote.
The price will depend on factors such as the size of the artwork, complexity of the design, aND FRAMING OPTIONS.
Step 3: Approval and Payment
If you're happy with the quote and would like to proceed, simply confirm by replying to our email. We’ll guide you through the secure payment process.
A 50% DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE BEFORE THE ARTWORK IS STARTED.
Step 4: Creation and Updates
Once we’ve received YOUR DEPOSIT, we'll begin the creation process. WE’ll bring OUR expertise and creativity to produce a unique artwork based on your specifications. Throughout the process, we'll keep you updated on the progress, providing snapshots or digital mock-ups ALONG THE WAY.
Step 5: Delivery
When the artwork is complete AND THE BALANCE PAYMENT FINALISED, we'll arrange safe delivery WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL ART FREIGHT PARTNERS. We take great care in packaging and shipping our artworks to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready to HANG ON YOUR WALL.
