Free Australia-wide shipping.

For Australia-based customers, original artworks are sent stretched on wooden stretcher bars, ready to hang, with a wire across the back.

Estimated delivery times:
- please allow 1 week for delivery of original artworks and unframed prints.
- Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of framed prints.
Delivery times may vary to rural and remote communities.

International
Original artwork and prints incur an international shipping fee of AUD$80 per order.

For international customers, artwork and prints will be carefully rolled and shipped in a mailing tube, professional framing upon receipt is recommended.

Returns

We are committed to customer satisfaction.

We want you to be happy with your Milbi Designs item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, we will exchange the item, provide a store credit, or provide a refund.

We accept returns within 14 days of order fulfilment.

Our Change of Mind Policy

  1. Message us here, indicating the reason for return and whether you want an exchange, store credit, or refund.

  2. Wait for our approval.

  3. Return your items to us at: 2/146 Old Bangalow Road, Byron Bay, NSW 2481

Please note:

  • You will bear the cost of returning the item to us; we will cover the cost of sending out your new item.

  • This ‘Change of Mind Policy’ does not apply to custom-made orders, such as commissioned artwork or framed limited edition prints.

  • Return period: returns must be made within 14 days of the date of order fulfilment shown on your order fulfilment email. Please ensure that your return is received by us within the returns period, any items received outside the returns period will be returned to sender and not processed as a return.

  • Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags/labels attached, if applicable). Please take care when return shipping your item. We cannot accept returns that have been used or damaged. Any used or damaged items received will be returned to sender and not processed as a return.

  • Items purchased from third party sellers must be returned to the reseller that you purchased from.

  • This ‘Change of Mind Policy’ does not affect any rights you have in relation to non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
